This 5 days intensive workshop includes regular lecture (daily 10am - 6pm), and group discussion after regular session, and a final mini presentation. Before you apply, please consider the probability of attending workshop daily. If you can only take parts of participation, we would like you to reconsider to give the chance to other candidates. A limit of 50 funded fellowship would include fees of lecture, lunch, Creative Pack of basic materiels and equip. Participant's travel expense and lodgement are not included.
Participants should bring their own laptop (OSX, Windows or Linux with a working sound and graphic card, perhaps a pair of headphone too).
- registration fee : 2000 NTD (reimburse after workshop)
- By filling online application form, your personal data would only be used for the proceeding of workshop. Participant's name and personal www page would be published at playaround.cc.
- The characteristics of playaround09 workshop involved software programming and patching, therefore a reservation quota would firstly open for graduate students whom with a background in Art, Design, Mass Communication, Information Technology, Bioscience, Physics, Architecture, Humanities, Engineering. It is more than welcome for whom are interested in a co-operation, team work of transdisciplinary.
- We would like to reservation a quota of 25 sits for NTUA Students and hopefully to have even numbers of participant between student and non-student.
- Participant should create a work of prototype during workshop, all rights belong to participant and his/her team. All participants are covered by public liability & accident insurance.
- 50 of funded fellowship, 3 of candidates would be informed by email.
- All candidates are kindly asked to read course outline carefully before actual date workshop starts.
- After receiving confirmation email, please download appropriated/associated application/software according to one's of one's attending module before workshop time frame.
