the design is purely the atmega chip with a voltage control, the oscillator crystal, an led on pin13 and the reset pull-up resistor, and some capacitors for power stabilization. the chip can be burnt using the FTDI 5V connector, 6 rows. its all DIY surface mount, so can be just soldered from the top, no drilling.

i attached some hand-drawn design, and also an empty design. so feel free to print it out and make your own arduino circuit.
